Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We totally understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment. With less than 24-hour notice, the $20 deposit will not be refunded and late arrivals (7+ minutes) may require rescheduling without refund of the deposit. Repeat late or no-shows may need payment up front or lose scheduling privileges. Thanks for respecting our time — we reserve your slot just for you!
